Refund policy

Our confidence in our products is so high that we offer a 15 days return policy. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase just contact us and tell us that you wish to return the item and when we receive the shelf back, we will issue a refund. No questions asked. The only thing we ask is that we receive the product in the original condition, painted only in undercoat (or unfinished) and properly packed for the return journey. Retaining and reusing the original packaging in case of a return would help a great deal in keeping the shelf intact during transportation. We wrap our shelves in several layers of protective material to ensure safe delivery. Please note that the return policy is valid only for the 3 standard models, we do not have a return policy for the custom sized shelves.

We don't cover the return expense, customer pays for the return. Most of the returns we have are actually swaps for a different size, because the shelf ordered doesn't fit the place of installation. We strongly advice that, unless you are 100% sure about the size you order - you contact us first with the widths of your chimney breast and the width of the opening gap / fireplace hole.  We can do a swap if you need a different size, but we will not cover the postage fees back and forth, and this could be easily avoided if you order the right size for you at first place. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will refund for the price you have payed minus £20 (non-refundable shipping expense that we have made).


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
